What a dreary weekend in Minnesota and Wisconsin. I did the Cranberry Festival in Stone Lake, Wisconsin this weekend. Quite a turn-out for the weather being so cold and rainy. I even came home with the cold that went with it. LOL I did a little sight seeing on the way home. The river is called Namekagon. It was a very pretty sight. I forgot to take pic yesterday, I was so tired. 3 hour drive home I am extremely tired today. I will cook chicken, make dinner and start the D1 to do something for Kolby.
Isn't this house cool. I saw it in Earl ,Wisconsin. The 3rd floor is actually a sun porch on the roof. This is what I have wanted to do to the top of my garage. Might need to install an elevator. ;) if I do not add one on soon. LOL
I am finally posting a pic of one of the flour sack towels I did with my D1, sadly to say the other two that were finishes for September were given away as birthday gifts before I thought to take a pic.
Aren't these little fairy's just adorable. These are for little Haley. She is 3 months old now and the newest addition to my son's family.
Well off to homework, cooking and trying to get my D1 to read a disk. Wish me luck, seems it never wants to run right for me. Oh well...maybe it means I am to do other things instead....BUT!!! I will conquer this machine.

Love that sun porch! Those little fairies are darling - but that Christmas skirt? EXQUISITE! Is that by hand? Oh my gosh it's gorgeous!
Hi Kim, what a nice trip! The home is very very lovely, too!
I think you will win your challenge with your sewing machine, I'm sure! Your Xmas skirt is very nice, I'm thinking about making one by myself, but I don't know if I'm able to make it...
Kisses and happy weekend!
