Well after a long break from blog world, I am ready to start blogging. Sorry for not posting for a long time. Seems I lost yet another job and am still looking. I am back on the road doing craft fairs, which have not been very profitable to say the least. I am on the road quite a bit and in some places where there is not any internet.
I have several finishes - I have finished almost all of the cute little fleece quilts and will post pic, made a couple of dish towels and have finished just the quilt tops of 2 cute little sudoko quilts. I am also teaching a my cousin and neighbor how to make quilts - this is so much fun.
I think I have now broken in my designer 1, and can start to work on the quilts that I started a few years ago.
I have a giveaway that I am finally getting around to. I will post a pic of the pattern here when I get home. It is a cute Rooster wall hanging. The giveaway will be for just my followers for being here when I needed someone :).
Some things have changed in the last couple of months....I am in desparate need of a job!!!! Things are getting pretty scary around my house, any extra prayers would be so appreciated.
I have missed all of you and I hope you have a great 4th of July (it is my birthday and my son is a little disappointed - mom is disappointed to) that I will be working out of town all week and will not be home for it.
On the up side I was finally able to get out and spend 2 days with my grandson and daughter in law and her family. It was like a dream and went so fast I am hoping to get out there again soon.
Have a great day and GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!!!!

Hi Kim!! Good to see you back and YES I missed you!! sorry to hear about the job.....I know it is darn hard in this economy.....I certainly will say a few prayers for you.........Ya know you made mention of teaching some to quilt....have you thought about perhaps doing small group classes for a fee??
Kim you have been on my mind so much lately, and now I know why - I needed to be praying for you. I've been wondering where you were but life has spun out of control and I haven't had time to email. I'm sorry to hear that you lost your job, I'll certainly be praying, these are scary times but the Lord will make a way and provide for you. Big hugs to you sweet sister in Christ!
